Each insole is constructed with 6.4 oz of premium polyurethane synthetic material, perfect for ultra light-weight comfort for everyday use. With our patented design, enjoy three customizable layers that lock together in place, ensuring your insoles and feet won’t slide around while walking. For ultimate discretion and height, this insole works best with high-ankle support shoes such as roomy hi-tops and boots. Fewer layers may also work in sneakers. As a workaround in classic lo-top shoes with little extra space, you may choose to only use the bottom 1-inch red and grey layers (flipped upside-down together), and place the factory insole on top.

Please note if you have any trouble walking with all three layers, we recommend starting with just the first-layer insole and gradually adding more height as you adjust. This can help prevent potential foot and back fatigue caused by walking with a sudden difference in elevation.
